Meet Francesca…
After graduating nursing school in the Spring of 2012 from Kirtland Community College, I have had the opportunity to travel and work in multiple areas of healthcare. In the fall of 2018, my dear husband urged me to go back to school and finish my Bachelor’s Degree. By January of 2020, I had obtained my degree from Western Governor’s University…
Over the last 12 years, I have worked in the following areas of healthcare: Pediatrics, Geriatric Medicine, Long-Term Care, Acute Care, Rehabilitation Medicine, Skilled Nursing Units, ENT, GI, Pulmonary, Rheumatology, Internal Medicine, Family medicine, Coding and Billing, and even minor training in Urgent Care and Emergency Care. With such a diverse clinical background, every healthcare department lacks the same thing…. A NURSING ADVOCATE!
After recently having a family member diagnosed with colon cancer, I saw just how uncoordinated healthcare has become. With surgeons working out of centers, different hospital systems, and even going out of patient networks…Well, it can be a lot to manage for one person. This is where I see the need. Many patients struggle to understand the amount of information given during routine follow ups just the same as information provided during surgical consults. What would be handy to have during all of these consults, follow ups, and scheduling?… A dedicated nurse to answer all your questions and ensure care is being appropriately coordinated to fit your needs.
Between my 10+ years of nursing experience, and Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management, I am confident that I can make a difference in your healthcare journey.
Along with guidance and education, I am able to assist patients in understanding the big scary elephant in the room….Insurance!
All that being said, I hope you’ll take the time to book your free consultation with me and see if this would be a good fit for you! I’m very active with my 2 littles and hope we can talk about some fun outdoor activities together when we chat! :)
